My Background
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico where at a very young age developed a desire to play an instrument. In elementary school I learned music theory and my first instrument was the Trumpet. In middle school I learned to play the Guitar with a private instructor. I moved to Orlando in 1988 when I was only 17 years old and attended Valencia College where I learned English and learned to play piano. Later, I learned to play the Bass Guitar with a private instructor from Berkley College. I have played with a lot of bands and many different styles of music. I became the music director at a local church and later founded a Bilingual Music Academy in Ocoee, FL where I had the opportunity to teach a lot of students from different countries. I love what I do and it makes me happy to be able to share my passion with other students. I am not only a music teacher but a husband and a father. I love my family, I am married with two children and we have lived in Central Florida for over 30 years. We attend Calvary Orlando Church and of course, I teach Piano, Guitar and Spanish lessons to my own children :-)

When you sign up for my Piano Lessons, you can be assured of plenty of individual attention and focus. Each lesson involves an element of learning and theory but the majority of the class is devoted to putting that theory into practice. Get in touch to find out more.

How often are the lessons?
All lesson are once a week and four times in a month. (I do not accept once or twice a month) THERE IS NO CONTRACT AND YOU CAN CANCEL ANYTIME.
When do I pay for my lessons?
To save your spot, you will have to pay monthly on the first week of the month.
Can I do Make up Lessons?
If a student can't make on that week, we can re-schedule another day of the same week that both teacher and student can make it. If for some reason we can't re-schedule on the same week, you will lose that lesson, because the teacher has block that day and time of the week specifically just for you.

When you are learning to play an instrument, it is like learning a new language. If you take the time to practice, you will learn over time... but not over night. It takes time, practice, practice, more practice and dedication to have success with anything in life. But I guarantee you will have fun in your journey to become a great musician.
